In order to enable new employees to quickly familiarize themselves with the company, deepen their understanding and perception of the corporate culture of Zhongtu Xi'an Company, and enhance their sense of identity and belonging, the 2021 new employee onboarding training organized by the Human Resources Department was held as scheduled at 08:30 on August 6, 2021.

At the beginning of the training, the company's general manager, Li Linhai, gave a detailed explanation of the company's historical evolution, positioning, main business, and future development around the corporate values of "respect, excellence, openness, and integration". After gaining a certain understanding of the macro development of the company, the heads of each department at the first level provided detailed introductions on their main business segments, personnel settings, development directions, and prospects. At the end of the meeting, the Human Resources Department introduced the company's relevant regulations regarding the most common problems and demands encountered by new employees.

At 1:30 pm, Vice General Manager Wu Hongcai led the new employees to the birthplace of the company - the western suburb office area. Through visiting and browsing, new employees saw buildings full of historical era, felt the hardships of the working environment of colleagues in the western suburbs, and gained a heavy sense of mission and responsibility.

Finally, under the leadership of Director Wang Hui from the Asset Management Department, all new employees gained a deeper understanding of the company's assets and operations in the office area of Zhongtu International Building on North Street.

The one-day onboarding training ended successfully, and new employees gained a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the company's situation through meeting introductions and on-site visits.
