In order to create a good reading atmosphere, foster a positive reading culture, and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, the Human Resources Department organized the first reading exchange and sharing session at 2:00 pm on August 12th in the conference room of the High tech Office Zone.

Wu Yuzhe from the Human Resources Department first presented a report on the borrowing situation of the first quarter book corner to everyone. Since the establishment of the book corner, everyone has been actively borrowing and receiving good feedback. Currently, there are a total of 83 registered books, with a total borrowing volume of 92 times and 39 borrowers, accounting for 36% of the company's total. The average borrowing per person is 2.4 books. In the early stages of the establishment of the book corner, a good reading atmosphere has been formed.

After the report was completed, Director Yan Bing of the International Business Center was the first to share her reading experience. As a management book, "Symbiosis" not only showcases professional knowledge, but also discovers that its theories are equally applicable in daily life. Among them, "Innovation is not about defeating competitors, but about redefining the future" has gained widespread recognition. Subsequently, the attending colleagues shared their good books they had borrowed or read before, sparking lively discussions from various aspects such as content and personal insights.

The reading exchange and sharing activity of this issue finally came to an end with everyone's endless sharing of good books. The atmosphere throughout was relaxed and pleasant, and the exchange and sharing were fruitful.
