On January 15, 2021, Zhongtu Xi'an Company held its first training meeting of 2021, focusing on two aspects: basic knowledge of books and practical operation of copyright. The company's general manager, Li Linhai, conducted a two-and-a-half-hour detailed training for the attending employees, which gave everyone a profound and detailed understanding of the training content.  

Around the basic knowledge of books, from the form of books to the entire process of book production: topic selection, review, printing, logistics, marketing, etc., combined with vivid pictures and specific physical objects to explain and explain, the young employees carefully studied and recorded the whole process, and clearly understood the entire process of book birth.

Around the practical operation of copyright, from the Copyright Protection Law to detailed legal rights such as copyright trading platforms and attribution rights, combined with physical books, we provided on-site specific explanations for young employees, enabling them to have a comprehensive understanding of copyright.  

As the first lesson of the New Year's training, young employees attach great importance to the training content and conduct advance understanding and learning. The training session is rigorous and detailed throughout, with a relaxed and lively atmosphere on site.
