In order to help enterprise managers and employees master the formulation and management ideas of annual business plans, and guide trainees to learn effective methods and skills to connect the paths from operation and management, strategy and execution, and planning and budgeting, on November 25th, the Human Resources Department organized the 14th video training of 2020. The course is titled "Structure, Principles and Processes of Annual Business Plans", and is taught by Wang Lei, a specially appointed senior lecturer at Beijing Times Guanghua. The course is divided into three parts.

One is the structure of the annual business plan. The content of the annual business plan consists of eight parts: description and review of strategic objectives, development goals, formulation of marketing strategies, specific project initiation, resource inventory, project timeline planning, measures to ensure plan implementation, risk assessment and countermeasures.

The second principle is the formulation of the annual business plan. Firstly, the top-down development model emphasizes that the annual business plan should always be guided by the overall strategic planning of the enterprise; Secondly, being goal oriented; Thirdly, market-oriented, emphasizing that the development of annual plans should start with market research and be customer-oriented; Fourth, integrate resources, emphasize the division of labor and cooperation among all departments of the enterprise, and promote work participation.

The third is the management and formulation process of the annual business plan. The process mainly includes strategic review meetings, market research, business goal setting, business plan strategy formulation, front-end department project approval, demand transmission, back-end department project approval, annual budget discussion, and execution. Among them, the five levels of specific project initiation are emphasized, namely strategic initiation, front-end marketing department initiation, finance and production department initiation, human resources and administrative department initiation, and routine project initiation. The five types of project initiation are integrated into the draft of the company's annual business plan.

The annual business plan formulation process goes through several cycles, constructing a marketing value chain guided by market demand and forming mutually supportive internal customer relationships within the enterprise. Everything is born when it comes to its essence, and everything is achieved when it comes to its path. Mastering the process of formulating annual business plans, clarifying the core principles of annual business plan formulation, and developing business plans that are in line with the enterprise are crucial for driving effective growth of the enterprise.

The content of this training course is comprehensive and the structure is clear. Teacher Wang Lei helped the trainees understand the structure of the annual business plan through systematic lectures, clarified the principles for formulating the annual business plan, and mastered the basic process of formulating and managing the annual business plan.
