This course takes common internal communication and expression problems in the workplace as a case study, introducing the core four principles of the pyramid principle item by item: conclusion first, top-down integration, classification and grouping, logical progression, and analyzing the specific application and usage methods of the core four principles. The core essence of the conclusion first principle is to make it clear from the beginning, with a focus on the TOPS principle, which means that the audience is the sky, the scope is complete, it is impactful, and the speech is orderly; The above principles emphasize that communication and speech expression should focus on logical structure, and propose two important structures: "total score" and "total score"; The core principle of classification and grouping is to avoid duplication and omission, emphasizing comprehensive and complete communication and expression; The principle of logical progression emphasizes that communication and expression must be analyzed in detail, with a focus on the order of progression.

One is the business report, emphasizing the "one two three" principle, which means "focusing on one theme, highlighting the key points, considering both positive and negative perspectives, considering comprehensively and taking into account three aspects, being meticulous and thoughtful", and detailing the communication skills for seven different business report application scenarios.

The second is the production of business PPT, which has "bone, flesh, essence, and spirit", including logical structure, arguments and evidence, language and text, and expression presentation. It emphasizes that PPT production should make the conclusion of the report content the title, and focus on visual and concise production.

The third is impromptu speech, emphasizing that impromptu speech is the result of careful preparation and proposing the steps of impromptu speech in business presentations.
