In the Internet era, the competition between enterprises has risen from the traditional product and technology competition to the level of business model competition. In order to guide employees' innovative thinking and cognition, convey macro concepts about business models, and update their knowledge reserves, on October 14th, the Human Resources Department organized the 11th video training session of 2020, titled "The Two Cores of Business Model Innovation". The training was conducted by business model innovation expert Shi Zejie.

Business model innovation is the integration of internal and external resources to achieve optimal customer value, establish an efficient operational logic, create unique key capabilities, and form a sustainable source of profit. This course compares the traditional business model with the innovative business model through three chapters of explanation and case analysis, emphasizing that business model innovation is the core and key of enterprise competition in the Internet era, thus proposing four keys and five elements of business model innovation; Emphasizing that the fundamental aspect of enterprise management is customer value, creating customer value is the foundation of enterprise development and innovation, and proposing six dimensions for creating customer value.

In this training course, Teacher Shi Zejie explained the importance and urgency of business model innovation in the new situation through case analysis, with a novel perspective and complete ideas.
