After a thousand sails, never forget the original intention. In order to enable young employees to fully understand the development process and historical evolution of Zhongtu Xi'an Company, and strengthen their awareness of industry red lines, on September 28th, the Human Resources Department held a visit and learning activity at the former site of the western suburbs. Vice General Manager Zhang Ying and 15 young employees participated in the visit and learning activity, which consisted of three parts.

One is the visit to the former site of the company and the learning of its development history, which will be explained by Zhang Ying, Deputy General Manager of Zhongtu Xi'an Company. Mr. Zhang led everyone to carefully visit the former office site in the western suburbs of the company, stopping to explain from time to time, systematically introducing the company's historical evolution and major events from three macro levels: "Where do we come from", "What have we worked hard for over half a century", and "Where are we going?" The young employees were deeply moved. Mr. Zhang emphasized that the purpose of this training is to establish a value recognition between young employees and the company. Mr. Zhang strongly encouraged young employees: "Career is passed down from generation to generation, and each generation has its own mission and responsibility. The development of the enterprise depends on persistent and courageous personnel to write." Finally, Mr. Zhang led everyone to review the corporate vision, values, and positioning of Zhongtu Xi'an Company, and the young employees benefited greatly.



The second is the physical reading and learning of imported books, which will be explained by Jia Di, a young employee of the Textbook Department of the Education Business Center. Teacher Jia Di carefully prepared the training materials, combined with practical work cases, patiently and meticulously explained. The trainees studied and practiced reading physical books seriously, emphasizing the key role of reading work and the importance of cultivating red line awareness.

The third is the learning of the business department's shipping and receiving process and book detail inventory, which will be explained by Han Jiang, a young employee of the exhibition business center. Teacher Han Jiang will briefly explain the process of receiving and shipping books to everyone. The receiving process emphasizes the control points of matching tickets and goods, receiving signatures, and handling abnormal issues; The shipping process emphasizes the issuance of goods according to orders and tracking of goods, as well as the handling of abnormal tracking issues during the shipping process and customer receipt. Afterwards, based on the current main work content of the exhibition business center, Teacher Han Jiang led everyone to learn the key points of book detail inventory and walked into the warehouse to show everyone around.

During this visit, young employees walked into the former office site in the western suburbs of the company, studied seriously, experienced firsthand, and felt with heart the arduous struggle made by the older generation of the company for the development of Zhongtu Xi'an Company.
