2020 Video Training 10th Briefing

To help enterprise marketing teams master product marketing thinking patterns, learn customer expansion channel methods, and improve marketing quality and efficiency, on September 24th, the Human Resources Department organized the 10th video training session of 2020. The course titles were "This is an era of marketing victory" and "The Four Big Mindsets of Marketing Experts". The training was taught by marketing problem-solving expert Li Hongcheng.

This course starts from the logic of expanding customers through sales, and through case analysis, proposes that customer expansion is the accumulation of resources. It discusses the direct connection between customer resources and business efficiency, emphasizes the important role of customer expansion, and helps students master the methods of customer management from the perspective of expansion, thereby further consolidating the basic skills of business personnel in customer relationship management.

2、 The Four Big Mindsets of Marketing Experts

This course starts from the thinking mode of marketing winners and provides an easy to understand explanation of the underlying logic of their thinking framework, from product thinking to transaction thinking.
