With the deepening development of the market economy, marketing concepts have penetrated into the overall business philosophy of enterprises. As the specific carrier of marketing concepts, the importance of the marketing organizational system is self-evident. In order to update the knowledge reserve of enterprise employees about the marketing organization system and convey new concepts and ideas on the construction of marketing management system, on August 26th, the Human Resources Department organized the eighth video training of 2020, with the course name of "Construction Ideas for Organic Marketing Management System". The training was taught by renowned marketing practical expert Mr. Cheng Shaoshan.

Based on China's unique social culture and enterprise management practices, and combined with case studies of enterprise marketing management, Teacher Cheng Shaoshan conducted an in-depth analysis of the organic marketing management system, focusing on the definition, characteristics, influencing factors, basic framework, and specific composition of the organic marketing management system. She pointed out that the organic marketing management system should achieve a high degree of unity at the strategic level, flexible response at the strategic level, and rigid operation at the execution level. Finally, she emphasized the importance of mechanism design in building an organic marketing management system.
