Innovation is the primary driving force for development, and innovative development ranks first among the new development concepts. Whether innovative development can be achieved determines the success or failure of high-quality development of enterprises. To promote innovative development, it is crucial to effectively grasp the laws of innovation. Only by fully understanding and effectively grasping the laws of innovation can enterprises keep pace with the pulse of the times, achieve innovative and high-quality development. In order to guide enterprise managers and employees to understand and master the basic laws of innovation, in order to better respond to the new challenges and problems faced by enterprises in the new era, on July 15, 2020, the Human Resources Department organized the fifth video training course of 2020, titled "Innovation Laws: Toolbox for Dealing with Challenges". The training was taught by practical innovation management expert Luo Xinqing.

Teacher Luo Xinqing introduced the topic with the story of the philosophy of the Earth God and proposed the first innovative underlying methodology, namely the separation method, which includes four types: conditional separation, mother child separation, spatial separation, and temporal separation; The future development and evolution direction of traditional houses has triggered people's thinking and demonstrated the basic laws of innovative evolution, namely rigidity → elasticity → flexibility → field; Starting from the case of McLean's invention of the container, which changed the pattern of world politics, economy, and social development, this paper proposes the law of diffusion of new technology applications and points out the influencing factors of new technology promotion: infrastructure and interest disputes; Taking the transformation and development of Netflix in the United States and the disruptive rapid development of Huawei in 2010 as examples, the concept of continuous growth as the core of enterprise operation is proposed. It emphasizes that there are two main ways for enterprises to achieve growth, namely efficiency improvement and continuous innovation. Based on this, the S-shaped curve law of enterprise development is proposed, which points out that there should be multiple business curves for enterprise development, and emphasizes starting and investing in new businesses at reasonable times.

Being in an innovative society, exploring the relationship between innovation and laws from a philosophical perspective, grasping the essence of innovative practice, and elucidating the connotation of innovative laws undoubtedly have important theoretical and practical significance. Teacher Luo Xinqing emphasized through rich case analysis and solid theoretical explanation that innovation is the driving force for sustainable development of enterprises, and growth is the inevitable choice for innovative enterprises. The course content and case studies of this training were enriched and complete, with a systematic and orderly structure. The participants gained a lot from the training.
