The training was taught by practical innovation management expert Luo Xinqing.

Starting from the important position of innovative thinking in the entire process of human historical development, Professor Luo Xinqing emphasizes that innovation is the driving force of world development and the strongest pulse of the times; From the perspective of innovation leading the development of the times, eight exponential technologies such as "nanotechnology, 3D printing, and synthetic biology" that will change the world in the next decade are proposed. It is pointed out that human society is in an era of technological explosion, and enterprises must embrace technology and innovation in order to develop; From the perspective of the limitations of traditional thinking and cognitive barriers on the cultivation of innovative spirit, it is proposed that breaking through traditional thinking requires maintaining an empty cup mentality and exploring the essential laws of things; Starting from the typical cases of the China US trade war and China's historical development, this article explores the two driving forces behind the development of enterprises, namely openness and sharing. It emphasizes that only by embracing innovation and maintaining an open and sharing mentality can enterprises develop.
