On June 30, 2019, the introduction project of the "the Belt and Road" cultural and creative industrial park of China Book Import and Export Xi'an Co., Ltd. - Xi'an Seal Script Society was established today, and the first member representative meeting was held in the academic hall of China Library International Building.  

The leaders and guests attending the conference include Du Zhongxin, Dean and Professor of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute at Chang'an University, and Honorary Chairman of the Xi'an Calligraphers Association; Wang Xiaofeng, Secretary of the Party Group of Xi'an Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Li Linhai, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Book Import and Export Xi'an Co., Ltd; Qiu Zongkang, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and a national first-class artist. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xiaolin, Director of the Xi'an Federation of Literary and Art Circles Association.

The conference passed the "Charter of Xi'an Seal Script Society" and elected the members of the first council and the first presidium of Xi'an Seal Script Society according to the Charter. Chen Zhaopeng was elected as the first president of Xi'an Seal Script Society, and Dong Jianping, Wang Yanqi, Zhang Zhe, He Peng, Lu Jian, and Zhang Boshan were elected as vice presidents.

At the meeting, Wang Xiaofeng, Du Zhongxin, Qiu Zongkang, and Li Linhai delivered speeches respectively, affirming the establishment of the Xi'an Seal Script Society and placing expectations on its future development.
