On the afternoon of June 28, 2019, Zhongtu Xi'an Company held a symposium for retired employees in 2019, bidding farewell to seven retired employees: Ma Zhifeng, Jing Yanlin, Yang Yanlin, Hu Wenli, Liang Ying, Li Wei, and Chen Hui. Members of the company's leadership team, department heads, and some young employees attended the symposium, which was chaired by the union chairman Luo Xining.

General Manager Li Linhai delivered a speech on behalf of the leadership team, fully recognizing and paying tribute to the contributions made by the seven retired employees in their work positions. Mr. Li said that after 43 years of glorious life, retired employees have dedicated the most valuable years of their lives to the company, witnessing its growth. He hopes that after retirement, they can continue to care about the development of the Zhongtu family, maintain a healthy body, and live a happy life. Mr. Li emphasized that Zhongtu Xi'an Company is a cultural unit and must pay attention to humanistic care. The hard work and dedication of each employee should be fully recognized and affirmed. At the same time, the meticulous and conscientious professional spirit of retired employees should be inherited. Other members of the leadership team also expressed sincere gratitude and blessings to retired employees.  

During the meeting, company leaders awarded honorary certificates and souvenirs to seven retired employees, recognizing their contributions to the construction and development of the company over decades of work.

The attendees and retired employees recalled and shared their past experiences spent together day and night. The atmosphere on site was lively, with occasional bursts of applause and laughter.
