On November 19th, Zhang Jichen, the General Manager of Zhongtu Company, held talks with Ding Rui, the General Manager of Oxford University Press (China) Co., Ltd., on the cooperation of graded reading products at the headquarters. Lin Jian, the Deputy General Manager, as well as relevant personnel from the Textbook Center and Mass Market Department, held talks together.

During the meeting, Ding Rui and his delegation first introduced the product features, publishing plans, and development progress of the Oxford "Dragonfly" graded reading series, and expressed their hope to cooperate more with Zhongtu Company. General Manager Zhang Jichen introduced the channel advantages of Zhongtu Company in both institutional and mass markets, as well as the paper electronics integration advantages of synchronously promoting POD and electronic resources. He emphasized that Zhongtu Company has the confidence and ability to work with Oxford University Press to expand and strengthen its series of products.

Both parties stated that they will jointly promote the landing of English graded reading materials in China and reach a deep cooperation intention in publication development, digital resource cooperation, and other aspects. They will jointly cultivate the graded reading market and promote Chinese culture to go global.

Oxford University Press is one of the largest university publishers in the world, publishing over 4000 books and periodicals annually. Zhongtu Company is the largest and most influential publication import and export enterprise in China. Over the years, both parties have maintained a good cooperative relationship in paper books, digital resources, and other areas, especially in the overall layout of the China Library Education Industry.
