In order to enrich the basic knowledge of bidding, enhance the core bid control skills of marketing personnel throughout the bidding process, guide marketing personnel to deeply analyze bidding documents, accurately grasp customer needs, achieve standardized bid preparation, and improve the success rate of bidding, based on paperless office and cost control, and considering the current epidemic situation, electronic bidding is becoming an inevitable trend. It is particularly important to control the entire process of electronic bidding and do a good job in risk management. Based on this, from March 24th to 25th, 2020, the Human Resources Department organized an online special training on "Improving the Core Standard Control Skills of Marketing Personnel". The training instructor was Ge Ce, an expert in government project marketing and bidding. Ge Ce, with his solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience, interpreted the bidding process from multiple identities and perspectives based on his dual professional experience in enterprises and evaluation experts. The course content was full of case studies, and the process was explained in a clear and concise manner.

On the 24th, Teacher Gece systematically explained two parts of content, namely the basic knowledge of bidding and tendering, the control strategy diagram, and the writing and questioning of bidding documents. Through two specific bidding cases, "Government Procurement of Goods and Services Bidding Process" and "Engineering Project (including Government Procurement Engineering) Bidding Process", the basic process of bidding is described in detail, and the bidding process is analyzed in depth from the perspectives of both the tenderer and the bidder; Interpret the legal and regulatory system and scope of application of bidding in China through rich case analysis; This article outlines six common procurement methods in China, roughly divided into bidding and non bidding methods, and provides a detailed classification; Analyze and control standard strategies through simple and clear explanations; Through real case analysis, interpret the collusion behavior, electronic bidding process, and risk control of current electronic bidding systems.

At the same time, in order to help trainees learn in detail how to interpret bidding documents, Professor Gece focused on creating a case study based on the company's specific bidding document "Xi'an Foreign Studies University 2020 Foreign Language Paper Book Supplier (Library) Procurement Project", analyzed each item, grasped the scoring criteria, deeply interpreted the bidding documents, guided trainees to comprehensively analyze, identify problems, raise questions, and solve problems.
