In order to gain a deeper understanding of the cultural spirit of Zhongtu Xi'an Company, establish an efficient and collaborative team spirit, enhance employees' understanding of leadership, goals, responsibilities, cooperation, trust, and promote the improvement of the company's cohesion and centripetal force, the Human Resources Department held the 2019 expansion training activity at Lingwu Mountain Villa on May 17th.

The training activities have received strong support from company leaders and active responses from employees in various departments of the company. After arriving at their destination, the trainees quickly entered the training mode and, under the arrangement of the training teacher, randomly formed three major teams: "Sun God Team", "No Matter What Team", and "Tiangong No.1". They competed for the expansion training championship team through training project points. During the training process, the participants communicated sincerely, selflessly helped, enthusiastically participated, and listened to sharing, exuding enthusiasm and vitality as a whole. In the end, they won the championship team honor for their dedication to the team, and the other two teams also received participation awards for their wholehearted dedication. At the end of the training summary, the teacher also thoughtfully led everyone to send collective blessings to colleagues who are celebrating their birthdays this month.

This expansion training not only allowed everyone to deeply experience the power of teamwork, but also alleviated work pressure, relaxed their body and mind, and felt the company's deep care for employees, increasing everyone's sense of identification with the company's cultural values.
