In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National Conference on Propaganda and Ideological Work, and closely focus on the requirements of enhancing the "four forces" education practice and the annual work theme of "innovation and quality improvement, management empowerment, and integrated development" of Zhongtu Company, Zhongtu Company held a training course for middle-level and above leaders with the theme of "strengthening responsibility and enhancing leadership ability" on April 17th. More than 170 members of the leadership team and middle-level cadres from the headquarters, domestic and overseas branches participated in the training.

This training is the first training event held after the establishment of Zhongtu "Four Forces" Academy. General Manager Zhang Jichen emphasized in his mobilization speech for the opening of the "Four Forces" College at Zhongtu that any cause cannot do without the support of talents. The key to achieving high-quality development at Zhongtu lies in the cadres, and fundamentally in the talents. The training class is taught by professional teachers. Teacher Lu Hualong starts from three aspects: the meaning of leadership, responsibility and accountability, and the cultivation of leadership. He elaborates in detail on how to improve leadership ability through five behaviors, emphasizes the importance of responsibility and accountability, and proposes to comprehensively enhance the "sense of responsibility and action" of leading cadres.

In her concluding speech, Party Secretary Nie Jing put forward three requirements: firstly, to set a good example of political firmness, take the lead in deeply studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, establish the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards"; Secondly, we should set an example of being responsible and proactive, continuously improve our ability and level of promoting high-quality development of the company, take the lead in fulfilling our duties and responsibilities, and be responsible and proactive; The third is to set a good example of integrity and honesty, fully leverage the "leading goose effect", ensure the comprehensive completion of the 2019 tasks, and make new and greater contributions to promoting the transformation and development of the company and building a "digital middle map".
