On June 19th, at the 30th Beijing International Book Fair, Li Linhai, Executive Director, Party Secretary, and General Manager of Zhongtu Xi'an Company, announced the launch of the "Zhongtu Reading Hall" project and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Frank Wong, President of Xuele Publishing Group Asia Company. Both parties will continue to explore and promote the construction of a children's reading system.
