Summary of Value Exchange Win Win Negotiation Training for Zhongtu Xi'an Company

To enhance employees' professional skills and improve their negotiation and practical abilities,On February 23, 2023, the themed training on "Value Exchange Win Win Negotiation" hosted by the Human Resources Department was held as scheduled in the digital space of the High tech Office Zone. This training has invited a practical expert in value marketing behavior training, Professor Zhu Wenhu, to give a lecture. The trainees cover multiple departments of business and functions, and the training officially starts at 9am.

This training will divide employees into six groups and complete classroom learning through a small team collaboration and points based model. The course mainly focuses on the four elements of value negotiation. Teacher Zhu combines professional theoretical knowledge with situational cases to teach the four elements of "standard", "benefit", "risk", and "influence" and their corresponding six principles. When explaining the principles, Teacher Zhu demonstrated his humorous and witty teaching style, inspiring employees to actively share examples and creating a relaxed and enjoyable overall classroom atmosphere. In the second half, Teacher Zhu organized members of each group to conduct simulated case analysis, promoting everyone's consolidation and application of the learned content. Each group member actively shares and talks freely about their different understandings of the case.

At the end of the training, Teacher Zhu led everyone to review the key points of this training session again, and awarded small prizes to the winning colleagues and groups based on the overall points, and took a group photo as a souvenir. Finally, with warm applause from everyone, the one-day value negotiation training officially came to an end.
