To help employees better understand social insurance policies and master practical insurance knowledge, the company held a themed training on "Personal Financial Planning and Popular Science Security" at 2:00 pm in the company conference room on April 21, 2021. This training invited Guo Na, Regional Director of China Taiping Life Insurance Shaanxi Branch, to give a detailed and wonderful lecture on the scope of social security and commercial insurance, as well as personal financial planning.

As the youngest and fastest promoted regional director of Taiping Insurance Shaanxi Branch, Teacher Guo Na first introduced the differences between the social insurance system and the commercial insurance system, as well as the ratio and methods of reimbursement and claims between the two. A detailed and comprehensive explanation was given on critical illness insurance, which aroused employees' attention to personal health and disease protection. With the introduction of Teacher Guo, she broke everyone's inherent thinking about commercial insurance and enabled employees to learn more professional knowledge about commercial insurance.

The course also mentioned issues related to financial intelligence and personal financial planning, which gave young employees in the company a lot of insights. Based on the Standard&Poor's Household Asset Quadrant, Teacher Guo explained the planning and distribution of personal property from multiple dimensions, ranging from small daily consumption to large capital preservation and appreciation investments, which further deepened everyone's understanding of personal property management and planning.

At the end of the lecture, Teacher Guo patiently answered the relevant questions raised by the employees and had a good interaction with everyone. After nearly an hour and a half, Teacher Guo Na's passionate and humorous speech, coupled with the attentive listening of all participants, made this training a complete success.
