On the afternoon of November 6, 2020, in order to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, further enhance the team cohesion and integration among young employees, alleviate their work pressure, and create a harmonious collective atmosphere, the Youth League Branch of Zhongtu Xi'an Company held a youth employee team building activity, which was attended by 29 young employees.

Before holding this event, the Youth League branch extensively solicited the wishes of young employees and ultimately decided to hold the event in the form of a popular "bang party" among young people, and added a suspenseful and brain burning escape room activity. The enthusiasm of young employees to participate was very high. On the day of the event, we coordinated the layout of the venue and arranged a variety of game experience projects. Through these game experiences, everyone fully demonstrated their personality and style, showed their side outside of work, enhanced emotional communication between each other, and also improved the interaction between employees from different departments.

The event ended with laughter and joy. Holding this event, we not only want employees to relax in their spare time, but also hope to provide young employees with an opportunity to get to know each other, understand each other, and communicate with each other.
