On the morning of April 23, 2020, the launching ceremony of the 14th "Xi'an Reading Month" activity with the theme of "Reading Chang'an and Enjoying the Future" was held in Xi'an High tech Zone. Li Linhai, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Book Import and Export Xi'an Co., Ltd., was invited as a guest to launch the event together with Cheng Ningbo, Deputy Minister of the Provincial Propaganda Department and Director of the Provincial Press and Publication Bureau, Zhang Lin, member of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, relevant leaders of the High tech Zone Management Committee, and citizen representatives.

After the launch ceremony, Liu Xinfeng, Deputy Minister of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Municipal News Bureau, presented the plaque to the Xi'an High tech Zone Publication Distribution Association. Zhongtu Xi'an Company, as the president unit of the Xi'an High tech Zone Publication Distribution Association, accepted the plaque. In addition, Zhongtu Xi'an Company also donated 3000 books to the High tech Zone Management Committee during the event, using practical actions to promote national reading activities and the construction of a city of book fragrance.

During the cultural exchange segment of World Book Day, Li Linhai, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Zhongtu Xi'an Company, admitted in a roundtable interview that the establishment of the High tech Zone Publication Distribution Association is with a mission and mission. He hopes to serve the construction of the Silk Road cultural highland in Xi'an in the future and contribute his humble efforts to the creation of the city of book fragrance.

Guo Yang, Deputy General Manager of Zhongtu Xi'an Company, also attended the event launch ceremony and read and signed the "Reading Initiative" with other representatives of the book industry, calling on the public to join the "National Reading" campaign.
